Loma Linda University Health offers a recruitment incentive to positions deemed “difficult-to-recruit”. Qualified positions may fall under one of three tiers:

*Recruitment Incentive Bonus additional stipulations:

  • May be received once per lifetime
  • May not be received by anyone current or recently (within the previous 12 months) employed in any LLUH organization
  • Part-time, Per Diem and Unscheduled positions are not eligible
