Loma Linda University Health offers a recruitment incentive to positions deemed “difficult-to-recruit”. Qualified positions may fall under one of three tiers:
Tier 1:
$9,000 recruitment incentive bonus
Requirement:
- Be hired into a qualified full-time position at a qualified organization (below)
- Have two years of recent, relevant experience in the specialty area

- Cath Lab Tech
- Clinical Lab Scientist
- Clinical Nurse B, C or D
- Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Cyto Technologist
- Genetic Counselor
- Histotechnician
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Nurse Clinician
- Nurse Practitioner
- Physicist
- Respiratory Care Practitioner
- Variety of RN specialty positions
Tier 2:
$5,000 recruitment incentive bonus
Requirement:
- Be hired into a qualified full-time position at a qualified organization (below)
Qualified Tier 2 Positions:
- Dietitian Specialist
Tier 3:
$3,000 recruitment incentive bonus
Requirement:
- Be hired into a qualified full-time position at a qualified organization (below)
- Have two years of recent, relevant experience in the specialty area

- CT Imaging Specialist
- Coder
- Dosimetrist
- MRI Imaging Specialist
- Physical Therapist

*Recruitment Incentive Bonus additional stipulations:
- May be received once per lifetime
- May not be received by anyone current or recently (within the previous 12 months) employed in any LLUH organization
- Part-time, Per Diem and Unscheduled positions are not eligible
